A LIVE 2-DAY EVENT · JUL 6 + 7
For owners who are done being the bottleneck

Suit Up.

If you want to be Iron Man, you need two things: the suit, and Jarvis.

Two days where we open the doors and show you how we run a 7-figure business, and our actual life, on AI in under 30 hours a week. You'll see the real systems and the real screens, and how to build your own, without ending up busier than when you started.

The trap nobody warns you about

You added AI to everything, and somehow you're busier than ever.

Remember when email was going to give everyone their time back? It just created more email. For most owners, AI is headed the same way. The tools aren't the problem, ChatGPT and Claude are right there, free, today. The problem is what you're doing with them.

You're bolting AI on top of a workflow that was already full, so now it's one more thing to manage. More tools, more tabs, more to keep track of, and somehow less freedom. And it still all runs through you, because you're the only one who knows how any of it actually works.

Wasn't the whole promise of AI that you'd do less? The way out isn't more AI, it's rebuilding the way you work around it, so the load finally gets lighter and you can hand off whole projects instead of babysitting tasks.

The whole idea

What's the difference between you and Iron Man? He has the suit. And he has Jarvis.

Take away the suit and Tony Stark is just a smart guy in a garage. Take away Jarvis and the suit is an expensive costume. He needs both, and so do you.

The Suit

Your AI setup

The brain you plug your business and your life into. You own it, it's just folders you control, and it's never trapped inside one company. While the tools are changing this fast, that matters: you can switch or run several at once instead of betting everything on one.

Jarvis

The system inside it

The skills, agents, and routines that actually run the work. This is where the leverage lives. Build it well and it stops feeling like an AI project, it's just a clearer, better-run business, which is the part that hands you your time back.

Most people grab the suit and stop. The real difference is Jarvis. Over two days, we open ours all the way up, in the real business we run and the real life we live.

Why take this from us

We don't just talk about AI. We run our whole company and our home on it.

A 7-figure business and a life we genuinely like, both running on under 30 hours a week each. None of it came from working harder. Here's some of what these systems have actually done for us.

$100,000+
cut from our operating overhead, every year
$12,000+
saved on software costs, every year
📈

Our coaches handle more clients than ever. Internal dashboards and follow-ups that used to slip through the cracks now run on their own.

💚

Clients stay longer and stay more engaged. Retention and engagement are both up, because nothing gets dropped anymore.

🏡

Our home runs on it too. A system that teaches our kids the value of contributing, gamifies cleaning the house, and makes meal planning simple.

🚀

We promoted our entire team. We trained our coaching staff to manage their own AI agents, so everyone moved up a level.

We built client features that weren't possible before. And there are many more on the way.

🌅

Most of all, we got our freedom back. All of it serves one thing: doing great work and living a great life, with more time for the people and things that matter most.

Inside the two days

Two hours a day. We open everything up.

It's not a slideshow and it's not theory. You'll watch the actual systems we run our business and our life on, see what they really do, and leave knowing how to build your own. Day 1 you build the suit and take the controls. Day 2 it comes alive and starts running without you. Live attendees also get special bonuses.

DAY 01
Mon, Jul 6
11AM–1PM ET

Build the suit.

11:00
Meet your AI command center The one screen we run the entire company from: today's priorities, the agents we hand work to, a project as current as a meeting we didn't even sit in. What used to be fifteen open tabs and a Sunday-night panic is now one calm place. You see the finished suit on minute one, then we show you how it's built.
11:20
Why AI is making you busier, and how to flip it Here's what nobody tells you: for most people AI adds work instead of removing it. More tabs, more half-finished threads, and it all still runs through you. We name exactly why that happens, then spend two days rebuilding the other way.
11:40
Own your AI, don't hand the keys to your kingdom to Big Tech The foundation of the whole suit isn't code, it's plain files you can read and own. That's what makes your AI actually understand your business instead of guessing, and it means you can switch or run several models at once instead of betting everything on one. It's also how our system caught a $5,000 problem with our home HVAC that the experts missed, and walked us to a full refund inside the warranty window.
12:00
Clear a whole week of email and tasks in one move, safely One skill reads your inbox and your task list together, understands what each item is really about, and clears the pile by theme instead of one message at a time. A thirty-minute sort happens in thirty seconds, like having a $100,000 executive assistant. We'll also show you how we do it safely, because your inbox is the number-one place AI can be tricked and almost nobody sets it up right.
12:20
Turn your existing conversations into a month of content Watch the meetings and calls you're already having become a month of on-brand content: the posts, the emails, the ideas you didn't know you had. This is the engine that used to take an entire content team.
12:40
Get a straight answer about your business in one sentence We type "we've barely had leads the last three days, what's going on?" and the answer's right there, pulled from numbers that used to be buried across five different tools. That question used to be a data analyst's entire job, and now it's more accurate, because it's data, not a guess.
12:55
Why a powerful AI setup still isn't enough, yet By now you'll have a genuinely incredible suit. Then we show you the one thing it's still missing, and why that's the whole reason to come back tomorrow.
By the end of Day 1: you've seen a full AI suit up close, and you've got the build order to make your own, starting with the piece most people get backwards.
DAY 02
Tue, Jul 7
11AM–1PM ET

Bring it to life.

11:00
Stop managing your AI, start directing it This is the shift the whole thing hinges on. You stop being the one who has to know how, and start being the one who just decides where it's all going. Nobody tells it how. You tell it what, once, and it runs.
11:15
Send your agents to do the work while you're off the clock Meet a whole board of agents that run without you in the driver's seat. One watches, decides, takes a real action, and logs it, no hands on the keyboard. This is the part that ran while we slept.
11:35
Never write or update a context doc again Most people strike gold with AI and watch it drop right back on the floor, lost in a hundred threads they'll never dig through again. We'll show you the piece that catches the gold and feeds it back in, so your AI stays current on its own, and updates itself instead of waiting on you.
11:55
Automate the busywork without paying for fancy softwares We point at something repetitive, say "automate this," and it builds the connection itself. No fancy softwares, no monthly bill, no staying inside someone else's box. We just told it the outcome and let it work out the how.
12:15
Plan your whole week in 20 minutes, then let it plan itself It pulls your calendar, your tasks, and everything it knows about your goals, and hands back a week that's actually planned, surfacing the one highest-leverage move to make. Then watch the leap: you just say "plan my week," and the whole thing assembles itself.
12:35
An AI that fixes itself, and carries you when you step away We'll pull up last night's report and show you what the system filed, fixed, and tidied overnight with nobody at the keyboard. Then the part we're proudest of: skip a week, drop the ball, disappear for a few days, and it keeps running anyway. That's the actual goal here, your life back, not a tidier to-do list.
12:50
Put your home life on autopilot, too Dinner handled and the groceries on their way before you've thought about it, plus a chore system that reshuffles itself around a real week. Every time, the home wins land harder than the work ones.
By the end of Day 2: you've watched an AI that runs itself, updates itself, and fixes itself, and you know exactly what life looks like once you've built one.

Be honest with yourself before you grab a seat.

This is built for one kind of person. If that's not you, save your money.

Yes if
  • You run a business, or you ARE the business, and lately it feels like everything runs through you.
  • You've been dabbling with AI, plenty of tabs open, but it hasn't actually handed you any time back yet.
  • You're not technical and you can't code. Good news: you don't need the answer, you just need to know what you want, and the AI figures out the path.
  • You'd rather rebuild how you work than bolt five more tools onto a full plate.
  • You want your evenings and weekends back, not just a faster to-do list.
  • You'll actually show up for two hours a day, two days in a row.
Probably not if
  • You want a hands-on, build-along coding workshop. This is a show-and-tell of the real thing, not a session where you build live.
  • You want done-for-you AI consulting.
  • You can't attend live and can't watch the replays.
  • You're looking for hype and magic. We show the real thing, work-in-progress and all.

A note from us

Why we're really doing this.

We've spent the last two years rebuilding our entire business, and a lot of our personal life, around AI. We didn't bolt it on top of what we were already doing — we rebuilt from the ground up around it.

It gave us our time back. Our team got more capable instead of more stretched, our kids got a household that actually runs, and our clients got things we couldn't have given them a year ago.

For a long time we kept all of it behind the curtain. Suit Up is us pulling it back. Over two days we'll show you exactly what we built, what worked, what didn't, and how we'd do it again from scratch, so you can do the same in your business and your life.

AI serves the freedom lifestyle. We're not a productivity company, we're for people who want to do great work and still have a life. AI is just how we get both.

We can't wait to show you what's possible.

From the people we've shown this to

What it sounds like when it clicks.

In one month I built 27 projects, zero code written: two financial dashboards, a hiring system my team actually uses. The provable ROI on the bootcamp was 1,136%. The real return is that I finally have the business outside my head.

What used to take me 10 to 20 hours now comes out in about an hour, and more accurate. This is how I get the output of a ten-person firm out of one person. It's like driving an automatic for the first time. You don't go back.

I came in feeling behind. Two weeks later, I had four automations running every day to support my client workload. If you're in a regulated business and you think you can't safely use AI, you can. You just build it differently.

Questions

The honest answers.

What if I can't make it live on July 6 or 7?

Replays go up within 24 hours of each session and stay live for 30 days. Come live if you can, since the Q&A is where a lot of the value is, but the replays have you covered either way.

Is this hands-on, or do I just watch?

You watch us run the real thing and walk you through exactly how it works. You won't be coding along or building live, it's a show-and-tell on purpose, so you can actually absorb it instead of scrambling to keep up. You take notes, and you leave with the blueprint to build your own.

Do I need a paid Claude or ChatGPT account?

Not to attend, no. It's a show-and-tell, so you can just watch and take notes. When you're ready to start building your own afterward, a free Claude or ChatGPT account is plenty to get going.

Will this work for my business and my life?

Yes. Day 1 is about your business, and Day 2 is about your home and personal life, where a lot of the fastest wins happen. The approach works whether you run a team, a solo practice, or a consultancy, and the personal-life side applies to everyone.

Do I need a team?

No. Plenty of attendees are solo. Everything we show works whether you're running 30 people or just yourself, and a big chunk of Day 2 is about your personal life, where team doesn't matter at all.

I'm a Lifehack Tribe member, is there a member price?

Yes. Head to the order page and make sure you're logged in to your member account, and your Tribe pricing is applied automatically. If you hit a snag, email [email protected] and we'll sort it out.

How is this different from AI Advantage (your existing course)?

AI Advantage is a self-paced course that teaches AI workflows. Suit Up is a live look behind the curtain at how we actually run our business and life on AI, with the thinking and the watchouts laid out. Different format, different purpose. Many people do both.

What happens after the event ends?

You keep your replays for 30 days, plus the blueprint to build it yourself. At the end of Day 2 we'll point owners who want to go further toward our AI Bootcamp, where we actually build all of this with you. Completely optional, no pressure.

Is there a refund policy?

Because Suit Up is a live event with limited seats, all sales are final and there are no refunds. If you can't make it live, your 30-day replay access has you covered. Still not sure it's a fit? Check the "who it's for" section above, or email us before you buy and we'll help you decide.

I have a question that isn't here.

Email [email protected] and we'll answer it personally. Good questions get added to this list.

July 6 & 7 · 11AM–1PM ET

Two days. Two hours each. And AI finally working for you, not the other way around.

You know the difference now between bolting AI on and rebuilding around it. We're going to open up exactly how we did it, business and life, screens and all. And if part of you feels behind, let that go, there's no behind here, only what you build starting now.
